Subscriptions
We offer three types of contracts for subscription support: Annual and Seasonal and an AD HOC visit (on a specific occasion), which covers the possibility of a single visit or online assistance to fix a specific problem.

THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
The subscription covers a period of 12 months. During this period you are guaranteed with a reliable partner all year round. The one-year package guarantees you: timely detection and solution of the problem. Condition evaluation which precedes the rest of the processes, guarantee you predictability regarding current repairs. Every problem will have its prompt solution (as far as applicable).
The one-year contract includes:
Initial visit on board the yacht to analyze the current condition. During the initial visit, a database is prepared, which includes:
- Analysis of current condition and all the equipment
- Preparation of recommendations including necessity for ongoing repair, maintenance and need of spare parts purchase for purpose of security and break down prevention during operation.
- Immediately after our visit, we draw up a report, which includes a detailed description of all existing problems found on board and measures to be taken to eliminate them. We will prepare a list of spare parts which we recommend to be held on board. Offer for their purchase will be provided . Following our visit, we will monitor compliance with the regulations using created database, and if necessary, we can send a technician on board to carry out repairs.
Recommendations for technical retrofitting or replacement.
Possibility (24/7) of online support with one of our qualified employees. By phone call, video link or email, our team will provide the necessary support and will remain available until the problem is solved. If necessary, we are committed to sending a technician on board the yacht. (The price of the subscription does not include the travel expenses of the technician.)
Payment method:
One-year subscription fee can be paid monthly, to the Contractor’s bank account, after issuing an invoice; In advance, as in such case of advance payment of the amount for the period (12 months), the Client will receive a 10% discount from the subscription price.
SEASONAL SUBSCRIPTION
The seasonal subscription covers a period of six months depending on the period of operation. Its purpose is: timely identification of current problems and assessment of the necessity for service in order to have an accident-free and safe sailing season.

AD HOC VISIT
This service covers the possibility of a specific visit in order to detect/analyze/remove a specific problem. After contacting us and clarifying the situation, our team assesses the necessity for a visit or analyzes the problem online, and provides assistance in its elimination. If there is a need to purchase spare parts, our team researches the lowest possible market prices and assists in the purchase and delivery of the necessary spare parts.
